At StressLess Cleaners, we take pride in providing professional end of lease cleaning services completed to real estate inspection standards.

Our goal is to help make your move-out process smooth and stress-free while giving you the best possible chance of receiving your bond back.

Our Bond Back Guarantee

StressLess Cleaners offers a 7-Day Bond Back Guarantee on all eligible bond cleaning services.

If your property manager or real estate agent identifies any cleaning-related issues within 7 days of the completed service, we will return and rectify those areas free of charge.

Our guarantee applies only to cleaning-related concerns included within the agreed service scope.

Conditions Of The Guarantee

To qualify for our Bond Back Guarantee:

  • The property must be fully vacated at the time of cleaning.
  • Electricity and running water must remain connected during the service.
  • The property must remain vacant after the clean.
  • No additional work, maintenance, repairs or trades should occur after the clean.
  • Full payment must be completed for the service.
  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of the service completion.
  • The cleaner must be given reasonable access to return and rectify any cleaning-related concerns.
  • The guarantee is void if another party enters, cleans, repairs or carries out work at the property after our service has been completed.

Reclean Policy

If the real estate agent or property manager raises cleaning-related concerns during the final inspection, StressLess Cleaners must be given the opportunity to return and rectify the issues before any refund request is made.

A reclean will be provided within 2 business days, subject to availability.

To ensure all concerns are addressed efficiently in one visit, we may request a copy of the official exit inspection report from the property manager or real estate agency before arranging the reclean.

What The Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our Bond Back Guarantee does not cover:

  • Existing damage to the property.
  • Wear and tear.
  • Mould, mildew or water damage.
  • Permanent stains, marks or discoloration.
  • Burn marks, scratches or wall damage.
  • Pest infestations.
  • Carpet stains that cannot be removed through steam cleaning.
  • Poor property condition prior to cleaning.
  • Areas that were inaccessible at the time of service.
  • Items or areas not included in the original quote.
  • External factors outside our control, including dust, rain, weather and construction.
  • Bond deductions unrelated to cleaning, including unpaid rent or property damage.

Please note that while we use professional equipment and products, some stains and marks may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to be removed.

Carpet Steam Cleaning Disclaimer

StressLess Cleaners uses professional-grade steam cleaning equipment designed to achieve the best possible results.

While most carpets improve significantly after cleaning, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odours, discoloration or embedded pet hair, as some issues may be permanent depending on the carpet condition and age.

Payment, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due on arrival of the cleaners.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking date and allocate a cleaning team.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit.
  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in cancellation fees.
  • Any additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges.

Once a booking is confirmed, we allocate staff, travel and scheduling specifically for your service date. For this reason, deposits are used to cover administrative and scheduling costs in the event of cancellation.

Refund Policy

If any cleaning-related concerns arise, we are happy to return and rectify the issue in line with our 7-Day Bond Back Guarantee policy.

Refund requests will not be approved without first allowing our team the opportunity to inspect and rectify the concern.

Our liability is limited to the re-cleaning of affected areas only.

Liability

StressLess Cleaners is fully insured and our team takes the utmost care while carrying out all cleaning services.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage.
  • Weak, deteriorated or poor surfaces.
  • Flaky paint, loose fittings or worn materials.
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Issues caused by age, condition or poor maintenance of the property.

Any claims relating to the service provided must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

Photos & Quality Assurance

For quality assurance and documentation purposes, our team may take before and after photos of the property during the service.

These photos may be used internally for training, dispute resolution and service verification purposes.

Limitation Of Liability

StressLess Cleaners' Bond Back Guarantee is limited to the rectification of cleaning-related issues only.

The guarantee does not guarantee the full return of the tenant's bond, as final decisions regarding bond refunds are made solely by the property manager, landlord or real estate agency.
